I could send you cuttings. Please also check "OBI" hardware store if you have it in Austria. It sells small Meyer Lemon trees quite often. Is quite cheap though probably grafted on sour orange and therefor tender on the long run when you grow it as a potted plant (what I suppose).

The only way you will get a "dwarf" tree is by grafting onto a dwarf rootstock. Rooted cuttings will not be dwarf.

Sure. I thought Robert may graft it himself if he has Meyer Lemon.
