Had a large water sprout on my yuzu that I decided to get rid of. I have failed to appreciate yuzu in any fashion. I took all the leaves off the sprout, washed them and put them in the dehydrator. Came out looking like parsley leaves. Put them through a mill. Looked like oregano. Took 4 fine flounder fillets out, prepped them and gave them a liberal dusting of my yuzu experiment. They looked good coming out of the broiler. Immediate gag reflex upon tasting. Horrible yuzu/kerosene taste. This is my last try to eat yuzu. Fruit is bad tasting, peel is not edible and the dried leaves ruined some good flounder. I am thinking of pulling the yuzu and burning it in my pestolater. Not a fan....in any form.😣

Found a home for the rest of the dried yuzu. Fellow that was driving mower in the grove saw it in the shed and asked what it was and wanted to have it. He thought it would make a good smoke. Gave it to him. He rolls his own. I will ask him if it made a good smoke. I doubt it because it is full of yuzu nastiness.
