This year my Poormans has first fruits, due to about 7 fruits on a young plant I took one out to thin out and to see stage of ripeness. In contrary to an oroblanco fruit I thinned out yesterday, the fruit looks already well developped, by a diameter of about 5 cm. I tested fruit and flesh and was astonished that in such an early time the juice was very refreshing with little normal grapefruit bitterness and a good taste sour/ sweet and grapefruit/orange flavour. Who also cultivates this citrus and can show pictures of ripe fruit with some remarks to ripening time, fruit size and flavour of ripefruit.
