Hi all, Well, a few months ago I was given this seedling from a fruit of a flying dragon, as you can see it is not trifoliate, so it will be a hybrid, right? The flying dragon grows surrounded by large citrus trees, 4 orange trees, 1 tangelo, 1 meyer, 1 limequat, all 20/25 year old in the ground. This is what it looks like, what do you think?

Any chance there was a mix up when sowing the seeds? One would expect at least some bi- or trifoliate leaves in an F1 hybrid..

Most probably some mistake in seedling origin. Try to chew a little piece of its leaf, all F1 seedlings have a specific poncirus aftertaste.

verdict, no taste of poncirus, a smell of lemon and taste of lemon with a fresh, almost minty side. he must have tangled the seeds, too bad I will collect fruit directly this year
