Budding two varieties at the same time?

Can I t-bud/chip bud two varieties at the same time? I've been growing sour orange seedlings for the last year for rootstock this spring. I'd like to bud some minneola tangelos and they need to be pollinated by a mandarin. I thought, why not put them on the same tree? Is it okay to bud them on the same young rootstock at the same time?

Yes.  You will want to graft 2 self pollinating mandarins so that if 1 dies you will still have a pollinator for for your Minneola.
