I thought that arctic frost satsuma is grown on its own roots. It can be grown on its own roots. I have two other ones that are. But this one was grafted. I'm a little annoyed though that this arctic frost, being a satsuma should be at least cold hardy enough to survive 15*F for a couple hours, was put on a less cold hardy rootstock(if it is a sour orange which it looks like that is what the consensus is). An arctic frost put on a poncirus should have offered it a tad more cold hardiness.
