I live in an ideal area for leaf curl, temperate climate and high humidity. The usual thing here is to give a winter treatment, this treatment is useful for areas where there is a few of fungus, but here it does not prevent the problem from appearing again and again. I have decided to give up more commercial varieties and I am trying more rustic but resistant varieties. This is the felligni nectarine, which apparently is quite resistant, but so far the pollination is not good, this year I think I will finally be able to taste one, I don't kniw if it's good. These are two varieties with very good flavor but little or no resistance, I have not applied any treatment to either of them, because I am trying to see their real resistance. I know that in the USA there is also this problem and there are some varieties that are also resistant, such as oregon curl free, indian free or nectarine kreibich, all of them very difficult to find in Europe, so I would appreciate any comments about them, specially the nectarine.
