Hi all, new guy here. Have three baby citrus in my front yard: lime, meyer lemon, purchased locally from craigslist, and a grapefruit I just put in the ground from fourwinds growers. The lime has been in the ground for a year now, and is probably 4-5 feet tall I'd say. I noticed some brown spots on the leaves, accompanied by some other leaves that are yellow. Most of the tree looks healthy. Here's a picture: lime leaf by gdgross2001, on Flickr Anyone know what this is or how I can treat it? Thanks! Geoff

Second picture looks like caterpillar damage to me.

The first photo shows a fungal infection. Such spots are not uncommon and unless they are obviously spreading and increasing then they can be ignored. They usually form on older leaves that are going to fall anyway. However, if you are concerned you should check up on fungal deseases such as Alternaria Brown Spot and treatments for it. Remember that all citrus leaves will eventually fall and be replaced with new leaves over a period of several years. If the rest of the tree is healthily green, a few yellowing leaves with spots is not neccessarily a problem. I agree that the second photo shows caterpillar damage. The curled leaf edge is typical and could be hiding a live caterpillar or pupa. Many possible species. On potted plants, I squash any such curled leaf edges that I notice.
