Hi clm, and hello from Georgia . Our state only has one USDA certified nursery (disease/virus free) - Madison Citrus Nursery, and they do not carry the Frost citrus at this time. You could try reaching out to the University of Georgia, but I think the export regulations still stand. Good luck with your search!

And maybe UGA if I can't find any simple solutions.
Another possibility would be to ask my friend who is a researcher in Florida and France. He sometimes brings back plants (tested) from the US through his lab for research.
