Ok,I thought I will share my photo of the tree I have grafted with 13 different varieties of citrus.
The navel orange I have in the photo is the Lane Late navel, it has 80 fruits now so it's not a record for this tree. The record on this tree is 110 Oroblanco fruits (1 lb each) that almost made it to full ripeness before it broke off the 2 inch branch and I was not able to take a photo of the fruits (4 yrs ago).
This tree is about 30+yrs old, all the photos are fruits on the one tree.
1- minature unknow lemon
2- late lane navel orange
3- tango mandarin
4- seedless eureka lemon
5- washington navel orange
6- cara cara navel orange
7- valentine pomelo
8- oroblanco grapefruit
9- melogold grapefruit
10- satsuma mandarin
11- tarraco blood orange
12- morro blood orange
13-18- other

The main trunk diameter is 5-1/2" at the largest (1 foot above ground). The main trunk goes 2-1/2 feet then splits into 3 branches which is what can see in the photos.
No, I don't have ripe fruits from April - October on this tree. Not sure if any citrus fruits ripen in CA in those months I mention.

Are you going to Graft more Other sorts? One grower from the old Forum had over 100 Citrus sorts on a single tree. Maybe some Lemons which could Provide you fruits in summer. Anyway this is great to see

I have another tree which has many more varieties grafted (50). This one just had all the fruits ripe at the same time so I took some photos to show the fruits.

Absolutely incredible - really inspiring! Looking back in hindsight, what would you tell someone starting a multi-grafted tree? I'm at the beginning of my citrus collecting career and have a few very young multi-grafts that I'd like to set up for success later down the road!

Adriano, the grower you are writing about with a tree having 100 grafted varieties was Joe Real. In fact I believe Joe had 120 successful varieties growing on that tree. He has since sold that house and moved away, leaving the tree to the new owners.. After Joe moved, I have not heard anything about how that tree is doing..

Rats eating Citrus fruits, never Heard of IT But Rats probably eat everything especialy If the fruit is sweet. I Had rabbit eating Citrus Bark. Fortunately IT happened only once, while the tree was still new in ground

Adriano, I do have lemons grafted on this tree, see the 3 small yellow fruits hanging. There are 4 lemons grafted on this tree, seedless Eureka, unknown minature lemon, S. Amalfitano, bizzarri.
I'm just guessing about the critters eating it since I know I see some hummingbirds, squirrels and rats on the citrus tree but I have never been able to see what is making these holes in the fruit during the day. Only notice the fruits once it has been eaten up like this or is completely hollow. Maybe I need to hookup a night vision camera and record a big ripe fruit. They also like orange and mandarins, but never touch the lemon or lime fruits.
Has anyone determined what animal eats the citrus fruits like this?

Hello sc4001992, I' m impressed from your Tony #1 Hybridpomelo, with the woderful red flesh. I' ve got last year a Valentine, which bears now 3 fruits, just curious how they will come out in spring concerning fleshcolour and taste. But the fleshcolour of your Valentine shocked me because I always thougt Valentine has the fleshcolour like your Tony Hybrid. But perhaps your climate is to warm for colourchange by Valentine. What are the crossing parents of the Tony hybrid ? Is this hybrid only in US or are thefe also plants in Europe ? Best regards Frank
