The first thing I would do, is replace your soil.

Done. I used coco fibre as a base, I freed the roots, they didn't seem to be rotten or anything similar but they probably needed more space because I noticed that the soil was a bit compacted for the volume of the pot. I didn't see any symptoms of root asphyxia either.

Give it food. it is missing of every thing.
It would be good to elevate the pot on wedges to allow air to circulate under the pot.

The soil in your pictures looked very tight, having very little root zone oxygen.
