Hurrican Barry still pitching a fit. Broke off my flying dragon at the bench. No seed for me this year. Had a swingle with 7 fruit on it this year, (had 1 last year) fruit are gone. Can be found in Texas probably. No swingle seed this year. Lots of satsumas and blood oranges on the the ground. Lots of wood damage, especially branch ends and new flush. When the wind and rain stops I shall see what else has transpired and clean up the mess. My half barrels of seedling poncirus and cuttings fared pretty good. Barrels to heavy to blow over and to low to the ground. Made out better than most folks I guess. Flooded homes, loss of crops and no electricity.....I suffered non of this.....so far. Barry should be out of here Sunday night. Good riddance.

The eye missed us by about 10-15 miles to the east a couple of hours ago when max wind speed was down to 51 mph, thankfully that put us on the weak side of the storm. I think everything is ok, will know when the sun comes up

Thanks, it looks like everything made it through fine, it was a strange tropical storm, almost no wind on the west side of the eye.
