I tried to translate the paper, very useful info with a table with most Japanese citruses and how resistant to cold they are. They say there that the critical points are early December and End of February when trees are exposed to warmer temperatures. Once the tree is exposed to cold and it stays cold then it can withstand even colder temperatures.
