They are often marketed as Emerald Green tangerines, as they are duper sweet long before they turn orange. I used to see them like that in the Winn-Dixie stores when I lived in Florida.

I've been waiting to harvest my Satsuma. I thought it would be another month but seeing this made me harvest today. It was perfectly ripe and from the puffed up peel I think it had been ripe for quite a while. I just didn't want to harvest to early since I only had the one fruit. I lost the rest during transplanting. It was lovely and sweet but not much acid taste. Unfortunately I don't know the variety.

I have already picked most of my Xie Shan. The peel still had some green coloration, but the fruit was mature.
