in 2018 I ate several Citrus × paradisi ’Jaffa Sweetie’ from shop. I found only one seed which of course I planted it. I got the tree growing and at the beginning the leaves were similar to Oroblanco (which I also have with fruits). In second year the leaf structure changed and it started to have trifoliate pattern. One main leaf similar to Oroblaco and two leaves similar to trifoliate PT or its hybrids.
Is this normal? Do you have any experience? Or this is just a spontaneous hybrid.

I wouldn't worry about it, probably just a leaf mutation. If there was only 1 sprout from the seed, the tree will not come true.

I should test it, grafting in on PT, since the winter is coming soon. Sweetie is seedless, one seed found in 8 fruits.
