I can graft some trees in a few weeks unless you can find larger trees

Yeah, my wife and I toured his place last year, as part of the southeastern citrus expo, if this is the same guy. We really enjoyed our visit there, a lot of fun.

What would make a good rootstock for Eustis Limequat? I think I may have one Swingle and one trifoliata left..

Both, mine is on trifoliata. Swingle will produce a larger tree.

It’s very possible that Eustus won’t be compatible on Swingle.

Never had a problem in the past. The only citrus I know of that has a comparability issue is with pure trifoliata.

Meiwa is intolerant of Swingle, a few will take and then fail.

This is an old thread, but Stan McKenzie had a few. I passed on them because it gets cold here. But it's got to be better than my mexican lime. Loaded with fruit every year. Froze to the ground every year. ha-ha. But I believe Eustis Limequat is slightly more cold hardy - than standard lime types.
MMM makes me think of lime margaritas...
