I got mine mail order from Harris Citrus. They dont ship to California though

Nope, you will need to find a source in CA, No other state is allowed to ship to CA.

I can't find any nursery that sell xie Shan in CA. I hope someone know a nursery in CA that sell it

Speedy the only way to get xie shan is to order budwood from ccpp. No entry or exit across Calif borders.

Watch for those mottled green Satsumas won't they be the first to Ripen in the California region? But I don't know if they are Nucellular (clone seeded) or not. And Nucellular only runs 60-90% clones anyhow. They should be the first to show for local citrus.

I am glad to hear you are respecting the USDA! and not just moving to Las Vegas for the weekend and having "Brite Leaf" mail mail them there. (no not Brite Loaf .. stupid server!!) I have seen nothing like their plants! They look like they were packaged at NASA! (I still stick with McKenzie farms for all the cold weather citrus) Luckily I am outside the Quarantine regions, it's far too cold for most outdoor citrus here.
