This years Citrus Expo will be in the Wilmington NC area... I plan to be there and will be one of the speakers at the meeting. Would love to meet as many members from this forum as can possibly attend. Here are the details.
The newest update on the 2019 Southeastern Citrus Expo
Here is some information on what we have so far.
At this time we have secured the Brunswick County Cooperative Extension facility. They will allow access Friday evening, the 22nd. for set up.
We have full use of the main room (capacity 150), the vestibule, and kitchen, as well as the outside areas for the plant sale.
Tables, and chairs provided.

Citruholics Banquet - Friday, Nov 22nd. 7pm:
Jerome's Steak and Seafood in Shallotte, NC.
Full dinner menu selection.
The room can seat 65 - 70 comfortably with overflow to main restaurant seating.

Event day:
A continental breakfast and lunch will be included in the registration fee.
Boxed lunch provided by Lockwood Folly Marketplace in Supply NC.
I thought the attendees could make their selections as they register. Then we could call in the order, and pick up or have delivered in time for lunch.
I spoke to the manager (Lee), explained they would have 2-2.5 hrs to get 50 - 75 box lunches prepared and he said this wouldn't be a problem.

Confirmed - Darren Sheriff, Lloyd Singleton, Tim Armstrong, and of course Stan McKenzie.
We will also be reaching out to Mark Crawford, Milton Parker, Terri Reed, and others.

The New Hanover County Arboretum - They will be hosting the Tidewater Camellia Club on the same day.
