Love this. I try to not eat a lot of pasta as it goes straight to my midsection and stays there. This sounds light and I like pasta so I will do it. You can not live with a no pasta diet....I am going to bake some redfish and make this.

Sounds like a good addition to me. I have eaten clams in my travels but we do mot have them here. I did like them. I spent several years in the Marine Corps and got to spend some time on the East Coast. Had lots of clam chowder.

Clams are awesome steamed or fried. I get them by the 5 gal bucket when the season is open (Oct 1st - May 15th). All you need is your $10 yearly salt water fishing license.

I like mussels better than clam. Cooked the mussels with white wine, butter and garlic is my all time favorite.

The difference in areas and cultures is amazing. Mussells we gather, bust open and use for fish bait. I have never cooked or eaten one. I am gonna research and see if the mussels we have are edible. I will try them out if they are. I would like the clam digging...sounds like a job for me and my friend Jack.
