Get your rootstock beds ready. Poncirus and other rootstock seed will be read at the end of August. Plant fresh seed as soon as you harvest them.

Good Speedy. Plant fresh seed as soon as you get them. In a couple of weeks you will have rootstock candidates. Full sun and you can transplant to individual containers wben they are about 6 inches.

The fruit of poncirus doesn't ripen here until Oct.-Nov. around here. I hope to get some FD and US852 from Stan.

Poncirus is ready here the end of August or 1st of September. I allways plant on Sept 1. We have very mild winters and it will develope a good root system over the winter and pop in the spring. When poncirus is dormant the root system still grows. The few days we have frost/freeze does not set it back.
