Friend of mine wanted a gallon bucket of Nagami kumquat. I was glad because one can only use a pick up load of them. He brought the results by today. Kumquat wine. I did not know there was such a thing. I am not a real wine person but he was kind enough to bring it so...We sat in the shade and had a couple of red walmart cups. I was impressed. It was really good and the kumquat essence was outstanding. I immediately thought...good use for excess citrus...of any kind. Left me two bottles. I will chill and swill.

Any juice, brewing yeast, and a clean jug. That's it. It's dirt simple.

I do not know. I have not made wine. I have bought wine and guzzled wine and beer when I was a younger man and knew not better. Now I am a two drink Jack Daniels Single Barrel man. It affects my vision. Any more than two drinks and my eyes close.😊

Laaz! You are bringing back memories of float and canoe trips that I made. I can still remember tying the jug to me and starting to float down the creek. I can not remember the rest. Vanilla is my favorite.
