White blush on Cara Cara Navel oranges

I have a lemon tree which I have grafted Pomelo and Cara Cara Navel orange on to. I am noticing a whit ish blush on all the fruit that is ripening and turning yellow. All the green fruit is normal with no whitish blush. It wipes off readily and is not a white mildew as far as I can tell. Anyone have any idea of what it could be ?

I corrected your post.

You must use the "Direct link" and declare it as picture, clicking on the picture icon.

On the subject, I don't know what it is but as it is on the bottom of the fruits, it could be something that can be washed by rain.
