I've never purchased a Unshiu nor a Honey (unless Honey is Minneola?), so it can't be those. Do Kishu fruits get this big? I hadn't gotten from from mine before - when it was labelled.

Does not look anywhere close to my kishu, the leaves nor fruit. Looks a lot like my Page orange/ mandarin.

Hah, I think it is Page! I checked my old order emails and it seems I did order a Page, I guess I had forgotten about it or assumed it was something else when the label fell off.
"1 Page Mandarin - One Year-Old Tree (Include Gift Wrapping?: No) PGM1 $22.00 $22.00"
I'm impressed that two people were able to identify this based solely on a picture.
Now I wonder where my Kishu went...

Brian, it should have much more slender leaves, and usually long wispy limbs... or at least all mine do. The fruit on mine are about golf ball size. Hope this helps you find it.
