You and Laaz keep on, and one of you, is going to hear me knocking on your door ready to go fishing.. LOL LOOKS GREAT. Seafood and citrus pair so well.

Yes it does. Fishing is my other obsession....the two fit hand and glove. Come on down. Catfish Atchafayla on the menu tonight. Blackened catfish fillet, smothered in etoufee, Brussels sprouts with Southern Pecans and spirited with blood orange sauce. Corn bread (without sugar in it) and Blue Cheese (made at home) dressing for green salad. All the Lemon Zinger tea you want to drink.

Man, that sounds delish. We don't put sugar in cornbread either. My wife makes hers with some sour cream in it. Moist and delicious. I love to fish too, but the closet place to me is a couple hours away.

That is bad. A man needs to have a place to hide and it needs to be close. I have worked out very complex situations, while sitting in a boat, coddling a Dixie beer and contemplating the facts in my favorite hiding/fishing place. Solitude is balm in Gilead.

I hear that. I have too many irons in the fire to run a resturant. I do love to cook. Stop by anyway. I will feed you. My citrus, my cooking and my fishing are all connected in a wierd sort of way. I retired in 2007 and assumed I would kick back and do just whatever I pleased. How wrong I was. I have less time to do things than I did when I was working. Kids, grand kids, house, citrus, cooking, fishing and staying healthy are what I want to do. I am fortunate and I know it.
