Been reading about the iwasaki Satsuma on the colonial Citrus Protection Program. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this variety it seems to be a very early variety ripening in early October just wondering if it was worth pursuing any further. I know if Patti s was still around(hoosierquilt) from the old forum would know, by the way, does anyone know what happened to her? She had a lot of knowledge about California citrus.

She said she doesn't have much time, taking care of her grandchildren. LA Early is a good early season satsuma.
