Yes indeed. I will build this this weekend. How would this go on a pile of fresh corn grits........? I won't put corn grits, I don't think that is a good match. Corn grit is too sweet, and the shrimp itself flavor is not too strong. The dish should come out too sweet. I would put some red pepper if you can handle hot or tomato to enhance the texture and taste.

I live on Beaverlake, catch a lot of fish, freshwater. Make you an offer you can refuse, how about a trade. Has to be big ones like the ones in your picture.

Nice. I go to the bayou that runs behind my house for shrimp. Broadcast a little dog food, throw cast net over it and fill up an igloo. Fresh and good.
